Sydney to Hobart is an approximately 4.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of train, ferry, and bus; or do a combination of bus and ferry. In June, Hobart is little chillier than Sydney - with highs of 15°C and lows of 5°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 1st (Mon) so you can go by car to Port Arthur.
