Kick off your visit on the 22nd (Sat): tour the pleasant surroundings at City Park. Adelaide to Launceston is an approximately 6.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and bus; or do a combination of car and ferry. Prepare for a bit cooler weather when traveling from Adelaide in December: high temperatures in Launceston hover around 25°C and lows are around 10°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 24th (Mon) early enough to go by car to Coles Bay.
