Snaking up the side of a rounded, tree-dotted hill, Hobart sits between Tasmania’s sprawling mountains and the vast estuary of the River Derwent.
On the 3rd (Sun), identify plant and animal life at Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, then see the interesting displays at Mona, and then enjoy the sand and surf at Opossum Bay Beach. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 4th (Mon): buy something for everyone on your list at Cat and Fiddle Arcade, then indulge your taste buds at Cascade Brewery, then examine the collection at Mawson's Hut Replica Museum, and finally tour the pleasant surroundings at Seven Mile Beach.

Singapore, Singapore to Hobart is an approximately 14-hour flight. You can also do a combination of bus and flight. You'll lose 2 hours traveling from Singapore to Hobart due to the time zone difference. Expect little chillier weather when traveling from Singapore in February: highs in Hobart hover around 26°C, while lows dip to 14°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 4th (Mon) to allow enough time to drive to Coles Bay.

Overlooking one of Tasmania's most scenic strips of coastline and serving as the gateway to Freycinet National Park, Coles Bay is home to just 500 permanent residents.
Step out of the city life by going to Freycinet National Park and Nature & Wildlife Tours. You'll get in some beach time at Wineglass Bay Lookout and Honeymoon Bay. Step out of Coles Bay to go to Bicheno and see East Coast Natureworld, which is approximately 32 minutes away. There's more to do: relax in the rural setting at Freycinet Marine Farm and enjoy the sea views from Cape Tourville Lighthouse.

Drive from Hobart to Coles Bay in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of bus and taxi. Cap off your sightseeing on the 7th (Thu) early enough to go by car to Stanley.
