On the 4th (Thu), give your taste buds a day to remember with a local gastronomic tour. Christchurch, New Zealand to Hobart is an approximately 9-hour flight. The time zone changes from New Zealand Standard Time to Australian Eastern Standard Time (Tasmania), which is usually a -2 hour difference.
